Mentorship was one of the main keys to success in my career and personally helped me feel much more supported along my professional journey. I’ve had several mentors who encouraged me when I was discouraged, provided me with resources, connections, support, and affirmation. Through them, I learned new skills and gained new opportunities. I found my professional association to be a wonderful place to identify mentors, and I highly recommend that to everyone.
