Joyce provides psychotherapy for individuals and couples from the Urban Balance Evanston office. She specializes in the treatment of couples and adults dealing with mood and anxiety disorders, addiction, life transitions, and wanting to live a greater life both personally and professionally. Her approach is psychodynamic at the core, but incorporates techniques from CBT, narrative therapy, family systems and mindfulness practices. A significant portion of her practice are therapists seeking their own personal therapy, which is work Joyce enjoys and finds very rewarding.
